What you buy
A licence to use the ICT Nexus lessons of the unit or units you choose (or all five with the full pack) for 12 months from the moment of payment. One licence is for one teacher: you may use the lessons in your own classes, show them on a projector and ask your students to open them while you supervise. You may not share your account, resell the lessons or publish copies of them.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Payment is made once by card or another method offered by Stripe at checkout. There is no automatic renewal: when your access ends, you can buy another 12 months if you wish. Renewing before the end adds 12 months to your current end date.
Immediate access and right of withdrawal
The lessons are digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for access to start straight away and you accept that, as a result, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once access starts (Spanish consumer law, article 103.m of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).
Problems and refunds
If a lesson does not work as described and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, write to antonio@crookedspaniard.com and we will offer a refund for the affected unit.
Changes to the lessons
We may improve and update the lessons during your 12 months. We will not remove a unit you have paid for during your access period.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence.
